We stayed here for three weeks in April 2018 first appearances were that this would be the perfect place to stay for a quiet romantic Holiday. however that unfortunately wasnt the case some days were quiet ,but there were days when families arrived and Children would be playing in the Swimming pool untill late at night making a lot of noise. They also had like a disco which we could here occasionaly. The Swimming pool was only small with just a couple of Sun beds available to use. Also the pool wasnt exclusive to the Guests There were days where non guests were allowed to use the Complex facilities one hundred and fifty pesos to hire a cottage in the grounds. An extra one hundred pesos if they wished to use the Swimming Pool. The Rooms were very nice with a Shower and Television much better than any of the other Hotels we stayed at in Liloy. You could also have room service, meals taken to your room. Unfortunately not everything on the Menu was available and the Service was slow. Overall i would reccomend this complex to anyone looking for a Safe place to stay in a beautiful setting close to the Beach. John...

Very bad place to stay. Toilet has no flush. You need to pour a pail of water to flush it. No toilet seat, no toilet cover. No overhead shower. Need to use a water dipper and pail to take a bath. Poorly lighted room. Light bulbs are busted. 1 bathroom to be shared by 10- 28 people. Pillows are 1 inch thick and overused. Our bedroom door has no lock. Very unsafe. They REFUSED to issue receipts for food and accomodation and the wedding event held there, until we pressured them. Over priced services. Poor WIFI connection. The manager told us that she needs to ask for approval from the owner before she can have MINOR repairs done. WHAT? Even for light bulbs???No contract or agreement was signed for the event. All verbal. For the same price you can find a lot better hotel around the area. Way better! I think the owner should check into this. Something is very wrong with how the place...

If I could give a minus 1 star I would, first impression was pretty nice walking through the grounds and beautiful scenery, now the bad: NOTHING there works, no water at night, I guess they shut down the valve at night so I couldn't take a shower, the air-conditioning blowing only room temperature air, it was so stuffy and hot inside and I had one of the worse sleeps ever and then at 5:45 in the morning one of the staff there turned on either a chainsaw or gas leaf blower, horrendous noice when its sleep time, TV had zero signal, following morning attempting to take a shower just so everyone knows there's no hot water and the shower head doesn't work, only a big bucket to take a plunge, everything looks old and ran down and of course not even coffee, terrible...

resort location: you have to pass through one private cottages before reaching the location but the road going there is undergoing contact. i believe barangay road going there will be cemented before the year ends. the resort itself is not as big as i expected. i think it can cater a party of around 70-100 pax for outdoor. the only nice attraction there is the Charcoal looking giant rocks going to the beach and its within the vicinity of this resort. the pool: i believed swimming pool can only be exclusively used by the checked-in guests but we noticed someone took a dip with our kids in the single pool even of they have not checked in.

The resort needed a big time renovations. May also needs new management. The bathroom smells bad and dirty, the ceilings has a lot of molds, no one cleans the receiving area when it rained and my friend end up sweeping the floors. I complained but it was ignored, the manager just stayed in the room and never bothered to greet everyone nor checked what’s needed. I took pictures on how bad the resort was. It could have been a great place to stay if it was properly maintained and managed.

Wide parking space. Infinity pool. Rooms are okay. Cottages are a bit expensive but will do for group sharing. They also have function rooms for private events that will usually cater 15-20 persons from my estimation. The best thing by far is the sunset in the area. Lighting is perfect in the afternoon if you're into photography.
