The structure itself is certainly very impressive. The place has incredible potential, but it is a little bit wasted. You can't buy tickets online, and after you arrive and buy them, the wait time can be up to two hours. There is a cafeteria there, but it is pretty pricey and there is a long queue (incredible sweet potato fries!), so if you want to avoid spending unneccesary money, I recommend bringing some food. You also need to prepare for a long trek to the actual start of the tour from parking. Touring groups are too numerous and it is pretty hard to hear the guide or see interesting objects. Guide lacks any kind of personality, just recites script from memory (for foreigners, there are audioguides available). Large parts of the tour are pointless multimedia displays and films. After your tour (or maybe instead of it) I recommend hiking the black trail to see some of the above-ground structures. Overall, one of the low points of our trip, and maybe not a total waste of our money, but definetly not...

Great place ! Also for foreigners - with audio guides. Some tragic and mysterious stories also connected to secret weapons, hidden treasures and WW2 history. Extreme version is even better than historical. Remember to take water resistant shoes (4cm water) and clothes for +8 °C - all the year the same temperature. VISIT also...

Niemile rozczarowanie. Gigantyczne grupy (w naszej po 50 osobach skonczylam liczyć), wejścia co 15 minut. Ogromny ruch. Przewodnika nie słychać, ekranów nie widać, chyba, że człowiek się „dopcha”. Wszystko na szybko i byle jak. W tunelu z tablicami o czołgach nawet nie było możliwości przeczytania paru z nich, bo przewodnik już pędził dalej. Co chwila mieszaliśmy się z grupami w innych kaskach, wiec głosy obu przewodników nakładały się na siebie. Liczyliśmy na możliwość wyboru trasy, ale jest tylko jedna - zwykła. Po dokładnym zapoznaniu się ze stroną można jednak odnaleźć informację, kiedy dokładnie (wybrane dni i pojedyncze godziny) jest organizowana trasa ekstremalna. Toalety koszmarne, brudne, śmierdzące. W dwóch klatach kennelowych siedziały dwa duże psy, które wyły bez końca smutno. Straszne. Klatki przy wspomnianej toalecie. Smieci przy toaletach wysypują sie z pojemników.
