This experience was incredibly disappointing. We encountered a series of frustrating issues throughout our stay. we received incorrect breakfast information, causing hectic rushes around tee times. Despite our prolonged 6.5-hour round of golf, we never saw a course Marshall, despite the presence of supposed "pace of play trackers" on our bags.
Upon arrival, we were initially taken to the wrong reception and had to request another shuttle to the correct location. Furthermore, we were dropped off at the wrong rooms and were unable to access them with our keys.
Throughout our stay, there was a lack of communication regarding our tee-off location, resulting in a rushed start on the first day and subsequent delays on the second day due to a late transfer to West Cliffs.
The third day was particularly frustrating, with a 3.5-hour delay playing the front 9, only to find another group scheduled to tee off at the 10th hole at 5:30 PM. Attempts to resolve these issues with clubhouse staff were unsuccessful as the pro shop manager left early without returning our calls.
To add to the disappointment, the staff member sent to assist us was rude and unhelpful, placing blame on us for delays that were not our fault.
Overall, what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday turned into an incredibly stressful experience. I would not consider returning even if offered for free. This was an awful and...

We were taken to the wrong reception on arrival and had to recall the shuttle service to take us to the correct location. We were then dropped at the wrong rooms and couldn’t get in with our keys.
We were not informed we were due to start on the 10th tee on the first day and were then rushed the the correct tee.
The second day our transfer to west cliffs was late causing a rush to tee off on the second day also.
The third day was the worst. 3.5 hours to play the front 9, arrived at the 10th tee and another group had been put in to tee off on 10 at 17:30. We called the clubhouse staff and were passed to the pro shop manager, he said he would call back and was in until 20:00. We called again at 18:00 and were informed he had gone home.
A member of staff was then sent out to us in a buggy who was rude and condescending telling us it was our own fault, despite the fact our tee time was delayed from the 1st by 30 minutes.
An absolute nightmare from start to finish and what should have been a relaxing 5 day holiday turned into the most stressful experience I’ve ever had on holiday.

Read moreThe place is is great shape and the staff were mostly great. Absolutely did not appreciate the non personal experience upon check in. All other staff were great. Especially Sara. Example, the dryer did not work and when we called front desk they said they would send maintenance but that didn’t happen for an hour and twenty. Their response when we called half way through that time was basically they will come when available. Not in those words but the perception we got.
Rooms. The beds are not comfortable and nor are the pillows. Flat as a pancake.
Golfed and the staff there were lovely. Apologized for the delay due to fog and made accommodations to move tee times for me so wouldn’t have to wait.
Was cautious about check out given the check in reception but SARA was awesome. Wish we had her when we arrived.
