Matthew and Joe were lovely, personable gentleman who cooked a delicious traditional Portuguese lunch for our group of ten celebrating a 30th birthday while in The Algarve. They were both very warm and friendly but remained completely professional throughout. We have several vegetarians in our group and they catered to all dietary requirements and helped us craft a beautiful bespoke menu, complete with a selection of wines that paired perfectly with each course!
