Walk up to the top of the hill from the town is approx. 4 km, from the miradouro (where you can park your car) it’s approx. 1 km. Definitely worth the trip, there are lots of beautiful plants up there and a lively view. Wear good shoes, the walk from the miradouro is very steep and there’s lots of stones. It’s not difficult to walk but be careful.

O melhor miradouro do Porto Santo! Não é muito fácil de chegar lá porque o caminho é feito por uma vereda cheia de degraus irregulares mas a vista compensa largamente a energia gasta a subir até ao pico da montanha. O percurso não é perigoso embora exija cuidados como em qualquer percurso montanhoso. Devido à tipologia do caminho, é um lugar reservado aos mais aventureiros. Recomendado!

Não é muito fácil de chegar lá porque o caminho é feito por uma vereda cheia de degraus irregulares mas a vista compensa largamente a energia gasta a subir até ao pico da montanha. O percurso não é perigoso embora exija cuidados como em qualquer percurso montanhoso. Devido à tipologia do caminho, é um lugar reservado aos mais aventureiros. Recomendado!
