El Mirador de Cintrão es un mirador portugués ubicado cerca de Ponta do Cintrão en Ribeirinha, municipio de Ribeira Grande, en la isla azoriana de São Miguel.

Junto a este mirador hay un mirador de ballenas ya que su ubicación estratégica en la costa y la gran altitud a la que se ubica permiten la observación de largas distancias. Desde aquí, también puede ver Ponta Formosa y la vasta bahía de Santa Iria. Este mirador se encuentra en el área de captación de la IBA (Área Importante para las Aves), o Área Importante para las Aves, la IBA más importante de Ponta do Cintrão. Se encuentra en una formación geológica y su génesis está ligada a una erupción piroclástica muy antigua que superpuso diferentes capas de materiales fusibles como bagacin, basalto y piedra pómez.

Miradouro do Cintrão é um miradouro português localizado junto à Ponta do Cintrão na Ribeirinha, concelho da Ribeira Grande, na ilha açoriana de São Miguel.

Junto a este miradouro existe um ponto de observação à baleia pois visto a localização estratégica sobre a costa e a elevada altitude a que o mesmo se encontra permite a observação a longa distância. Daqui também se avista a Ponta Formosa, e a vasta Baía de Santa Iria.

Este miradouro encontra-se na área de abrangência da IBA (Important Bird Area), ou Zona Importante de Aves, da maior importância, a IBA da Ponta do Cintrão.

Encontra-se sobre uma formação Geológica tem a sua génese ligada a uma erupção piroclástica bastante antiga que sobrepôs diferentes camadas de matérias fusíveis...
