This begun in February when I placed my order. I've ordered 36 bottles of wine. It took them 1 month to dispatch the order, allegedly the owner (Andre Carvalho), was saying it was Brexit fault, in what I could believe it. But weeks later saying that it was already gone, I started suspecting that something wasn't right, I didn't have a tracking number, they stopped answering my calls and emails. I had to ask one of family members to call them and see what was happening, surprise they answer him and told him that the delivery wasn't ready as it was missing some sort of paper work, this went on and on for more than 2 months. In May finally I got half of my delivery, the other half was held in costumes due to lack of paperwork, so they had to send it back to the wine shop. I've asked for my refund for the bottles that I dint received, which they said it was only possible after they received the items. So finally last week after numerous times trying to get and answer, my family member threatened them to put a case against them, they finally refund me and not an apology or compensation for the issues I had. I cannot relate to anyone giving this company a 5* review. If the reviews are genuine you are very lucky people. What I can relate to is the experience suffered by Tomas, posted 2 days ago. He and I it seems are not so lucky. I placed an order for 6 cases of wine 2 months ago, on the 16th July, and paid 352 Euros. Since then I have e-mailed too many times to mention chasing this order. I received one reply on the 2nd August stating "Our apologies for delay, we expect to send your order in the beginning of next week", since then nothing. I have rung and rung and the phone just rings out. I have given up any hope of seeing my wine, which I state again I have paid for. This essentially amounts to theft and people should know that they are dealing with a company that are fully prepared to take your money and not provide you with the goods you purchased. I repeat, this is theft. I cannot post this without giving 1 star, these are con merchants not wine merchants so deserve no stars. I only wish I had read up on the reviews before placing this order, expensive lesson, but lesson...

EDIT 1 month later : Now i know Owner of this website is a SCAMMER. They make everything Thet can online to make you believe they are honest, but they are simply taking the cash and sending nothing. Such a shame they can stay online and continue while people are being ripped off. They sent me a fake delivery notice, but the tracking number is fake and does not work on the tracking website. Someone told me online to call back, but they NEVER answer the phone. I bet that every good advice here is PAID and FAKE.
