Complaint Regarding Poor Service from Promoter No. 108, Imran
Dear Manager's Ansar Gallery Customer Service
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor service I received from your employee, Promoter No. 108, named Imran, who was stationed at the watch counter in Ansar Gallery - Barwa Commercial Avenue.
I was purchasing a watch as a gift for my mother, and I needed the watch to be adjusted because it was loose. Following the procedure, I was instructed to first make the payment at the cashier, which was located far at the other end. I had no issue with this instruction, and I followed it. However, upon returning with the payment receipt, I was informed by Imran that the watch had already been sent to the cashier. This completely contradicted the earlier instructions I was given, which left me extremely frustrated. What’s worse, I was asked by Imran to fetch the watch myself from the cashier, despite the long distance involved. Instead of arranging for the cashier to deliver the watch back to the counter, I was made to take this unnecessary trip again, even though I had followed the initial instructions.
The disappointing experience didn’t end there. Imran failed to explain how to operate the watch or provide information regarding its warranty. Instead, he asked a colleague to handle this task, but the colleague also appeared clueless and unprepared. It was evident that Imran was more concerned about his hunger and the end of his shift, rather than providing adequate assistance to a customer who had already completed the purchase. Adding to my frustration, I was fasting at the time, which made the entire ordeal even more unpleasant.
I also believe the poor service rendered by Imran can be confirmed by reviewing the CCTV footage from the watch counter area during my interaction with him. This evidence will clearly demonstrate the unprofessional and careless attitude displayed by him throughout. Time still 5pm, that guy still not yet finish with customer, so very bad service
As a paying customer, I felt neglected, disrespected, and poorly treated during this interaction. I strongly believe that this behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards of customer service that Ansar Gallery should uphold.
I urge you to take appropriate action to address this matter and ensure that similar incidents do not happen in the future. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and given proper assistance, especially when they are following the store's procedures.
Thank you for taking the time to address my concern. I look forward to your response and resolution of...

I have to mention, that I visited the Ansar gallery this week, the product palette is the same, however, I went down and parked in the garage and to my great surprise all the entries into the shopping centre have been closed. I didn't see any information about this before I entered the garage. I found a lift that took me upstairs, I came out at some personell entrance and proceeded to walk along a pathway to a back entrance. The pathway was full of debris unfit for anyone to walk along. Perhaps we shouldn't be walking aping that path. Upon entering the market I asked to speak to the manager. One manager came and listened to my complaint. It means you have to walk over 1/2 km to get from the bottom to the top of the market. I'm not very young and have difficulty in walking. The garage is very dark and badly signposted, the market itself is already very old and delapitated although its only be open for a few years. It is too hot, the air condition is not enough to cook the market. Some of the aisles are to close together, to many people replenishing shelves during shopping hours, the same as Carrefour and Lulu all with badly functioning air conditioning. I will not shop there again, I have cut down my visits to Carrefour and Lulu for the same reasons. The customer is not the priority, many staff walking around in the telephone not paying attention. I stood again and again at the jewellery counter in Ansar not one attendant was there, after asking an attendant she remained sitting doing another job, I finally got the information where to pay the articles which I wished to purchase, I would have purchased more but there was no one there to serve me. The complete lack of interest of the employees had deteriorated over the past months most likely lack of motivation I have no idea but in not going...
