It was good and secluded (even though there are many private camps 🏕 next to it) We were on a Friday evening and still felt like a private beach ⛱️. Looks like this site is not popular yet. As most (of not so touristy) beaches in Qatar do not expect any toilets or eateries near-by the beach. If you are looking for a peaceful time and a long drive 🚗 (last 8Km /15min will be off / dirt road)

It is a beautiful beach. Turquoise water, clear skies. It is far away from the city, about 1 n half hour drive but totally worth it. It gets a bit stony in low tide so don't forget beach slippers. No facilities at all and lot of off roading, so i suggest a 4×4 will be a better. You can enjoy the beach as well as see the remains of the old village, old ruins as they are called.

Wonderfully and relatively untouched part of Qatar. Beautiful white sands and clear waters. No facilities but that’s part of the attraction.

Old Ruins Beach, is a hidden gem in Qatar. Located on the northern tip of the peninsula, this beach offers stunning views of the Arabian Gulf, soft sand, and crystal-clear waters. It is also home to the ruins of an abandoned village, which adds to the beach's unique charm. Many time visit Old Ruins Beach, and I was thoroughly impressed. The beach was clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. but facility available there, no toilet and no grocery store around, minimum petrol pump distance approximate 12 km. Overall, I highly recommend Old Ruins Beach to anyone looking for a beautiful and unique beach experience in Qatar and night camping and Bar B Q. Note :- Off road drive approximate 5 km and not possible to reach Beach side with Sedan...
