Just came from the store, usually although it's crowded you can see the people working there are attentive. However I encountered a very rude cashier who placed poorly some lip balms right on the edge, at the registry. I barely touched them, they fell and a lip balm cover broke, they insisted to pay, Although it was clear that the position was right on the edge and if you wanted to see the other products you would have touched them regardless. It was not the price but the way they behaved. Definitely some basic customer care it's needed. She was very rude and not polite at all, rolling her eyes at me, it as actually a very bad experience and I felt disrespected since it was obvious the poor...

Pentru ca traim intr-o era tehnologizata, iar putinul timp pe care il avem, il folosim in scopuri bine definite, facem comenzi online nu?
Intr-o zi de Joi am plasat o comanda online pe site-ul celor de la Bebe Tei (aprox ora 13:00 - cu plata online - obligatoriu la comenzile online si cu livrare in adresa) si am asteptat pana Luni dimineata detaliile de livrare, sau ca sa spunem mai clar generarea awb-ului (notei de transport), ulterior am aflat ca "precomanda = pregatirea comenzii si generarea awb-ului de catre Bebe Tei"
Deoarece Luni dimineata nu era generat acest awb, am decis sa sun si sa intreb pe cineva cat va dura livrarea, raspunsul fiind citez: "inca nu am pregatit comanda dvs. deoarece avem foarte multe comenzi, livrarea urmand sa se faca in 2-3 zile dupa ce pregatim comanda, livrata prin DPD".
Facand un calcul scurt, mi-am dat seama ca in cel mai optimist caz, aveam sa primesc produsele la sfarsitul saptamanii, sau la inceputul saptamanii viitoare, de aceea am solicitat anularea comenzii si returnarea banilor. Omul foarte senin si fara pic de empatie mi-a transmis ca anuleaza comanda iar banii (1100 lei) ii primesc retur pe card, in maxim doua zile (nu a existat nici macar o tentativa de solutionare pentru pierderea acestei comenzi).
A doua zi am primit banii retur si mi-am facut cumparaturile dintr-un supermarket, chiar daca asta a insemnat costuri ceva mai mari.
