The hike starts two minutes to the west side of the sharp bend. You will see some sign boards and a large warning board. It is 20-30 mins of hard climb and then another 20-30 mins of easy walking. The beginning looks like a garbage dump leading to some kind of bat cave entrance. The walk is straight up and away from the water. There are red and yellow signs on trees all along. At the end of the hard part, the trail splits but it's not really two trails. Go left towards a large board that has a map. Congratulations on completing the hard work. Just past the board you can get a preview of the spectacular views waiting for you. Go back to the map now.
If you turn right at the map you join back the trail that just split. Just a short easy climb and a small descent that loop towards the water. Then it's flat trail through the grass and shrubs. The same red and yellow signs show up on trees, this time with small red arrows since the trail is not straight. Towards the end when you are just able to see the water and Serbia, the trail gets a bit confusing. Although the clearing is on your left you need to go right into the dense. Two minutes walk will bring you to a small sign board on a stick and behind it are the best views you ever saw. It will be very obvious you have reached the point.
There was good phone reception (Vodafone) so we video called our parents. We saw some flowers and colorful insects along the way. At one point some birds flew out of the grass close to us and that was spooky. The climb up, video call, and climb down took about 1hr 30mins....
