Dishonest, Rude, and Unfair – Stay Away
We had a terrible experience with Rafting Buzau - Green Adventure and lost a large pre-paid deposit without ever getting on the water.
We paid a 50% deposit for a group of over 20 people for an off-season trip. Less than 24 hours before the activity, the company dropped a "surprise" requirement: we were needed to start to commute at 6:00 AM so we could make it due to undisclosed dam water control issues. We could not agree to this last-minute, massive schedule requirement.
When we asked to cancel and refund the deposit: 1 - The company became rude and unprofessional. 2 - They blocked our messages. 3 - They refused to refund a single penny of the significant deposit.

Read moreWe really loved this experience, the instructor explained everything really well and made sure we all felt safe. The rapids were fast and challenging, and every splash of water made the ride even more thrilling. We loved how we had to work as a team to keep the raft moving it made the whole adventure feel like a group effort. The scenery was also beautiful, with mountains and forests around us, which made the trip even more special.

Read moreAn unforgettable experience! We were a large group split across three boats, with both adults and kids—our youngest was just 7 years old. Our boat was led by Boyd, an incredibly kind and truly professional guide.
Even though it was our first time and we had two kids with us, in our boat, (including the youngest in the group), we never felt worried. On the contrary, we enjoyed every moment of the adventure. And it was a long one—nearly four amazing hours!
