Grand Santerra Spa — Local services in Turia

it was ok, visited the spa while staying at the hotel and wanted to get some time for relaxation and unwinding. it was a nice overall experience, but the main downside was that even if there are two separate areas for all guests (including children) & Adults Only, all the families were staying with their children in the Adults Only zone and no one did anything about it (even when specifically asked about it - they just shrug their shoulders and said there is nothing they can do, if this is how people choose to disregard the spa rules :/ had a bit of luck though - the children area as pretty empty (as almost everyone was staying at the Adult Only floor), so could get a bit of chill and relaxation; however, if i'd have to pay just to come to the spa and have this experience - totally frustrating and not worth it (what's the point of having the rules written down everywhere if they're not followed, nor enforced?! just remove them, and let everyone do whatever...

I'm really bummed out. The place is basically a construction zone, total chaos everywhere. We booked the whole spa, but the changing rooms are just in the kids' area, and everyone—men, women, and kids—has to share with zero privacy. No one tells you where anything is, and it feels like you don't even matter to the staff. To get to the adult area with the sauna, you have to go down a cold, drafty staircase. They're doing repairs while customers are trying to relax, with workers in dirty clothes everywhere. We couldn't even use most of the sauna because they were swapping out equipment, and then an employee barged in and doused everything with water, making the steam so thick that everyone had to leave. I tried to say something about how messed up that was, but they totally ignored me. It's such a shame because this place used to be amazing. Overall, it was just too...

The place needs a bit more of maintenance, just one guy handling the whole thing, of course the saunas were not being checked. Black mold on ceiling, green mold... you have the pictures below. The bar.. i had to wait each time around 10 minutes to wait for the bartender to come and serve us (we were not the only ones). The receptionists cocky like in a luxurios spa, so at least they've got this right. Its a shame cause the place was some time ago, well taken care of. But now they dont deserve all their prizes from the reception. Hope they fix all the problems, this place its the highest standard in...
