Пришёл купить лампочку. Стоял 15 минут перед продавцом и ждал пока он проконсультирует клиента по запчастям по телефону. Очень долго и очень дотошно. Мне кажется что этим должны заниматься колцентры или же второй человек должен быть. Я просто тупо 15 минут стоял у стойки и молча ждал очень неприятно.
