Bazardüzü zirvəsi Baş Qafqaz silsiləsində, Azərbaycan Respublikası ilə Dağıstan sərhədində yerləşir. Türyan və Qusar çayları buradan başlanır.

Dağ öz adını ətəyində yerləşmiş və keçmişdə maldar ellərin yaylağı olmuş Şahnabad çayı dərəsində yerləşən Bazardüzü adlı düzənin adından almışdır. Etnotoponim hesab olunur. Üç zirvədən ibarətdir. Ən yüksək zirvəsi 4466 metrdir. Azərbaycanın ən yüksək zirvəsidir.

Bazardüzünün fəthi, (1847) həmçinin qalma rekordu A. Aleksandrov adlı bir rus topoqrafa aiddir. O, 1850-ci illərdə 18 gün Bazardüzü zirvəsində qalıb.
