ТРЦ Филион — Local services in Filyovsky Park District

I believe this shopping mall should be closed for a major renovation before letting more people come in. The bad experience starts in the parking lot: it's small, cramped and dirty. The ladders that give access to the mall are covered in grafitti, pee, trash and vomit. That doesn't prevent them from charging 400 rubles for 2 hours (the most I've paid in any mall here in Moscow). Inside the mall things aren't much better. Broken walls, broken glass in the elevator, smell of fish in the corridors and tons of people hunting for chairs at the food court. The selection of shops is very weird, but fits the look and the crowd. It's all discount/outlet/bulk purchases. I'm probably never coming back. The only reason I'd come back is the trampoline center on the top floor. It's massive. Only a mall that doesn't attract high value shoppers could afford to spend so much...

The shopping mall has a pretty good selection of small shops and restaurants. Most shops opens if I'm not mistaken around 10.30am eventhough there was McDonald's that opened pretty early. The shopping centre doesn't have that much walking space so if there is a lot of people, you can imagine it can get a bit uncomfortable to relax. The roads right next to the shopping malls are good aswell. The only issue I saw is that at night there isn't much lights on the nearby streets. Ситуация с парковкой и лифтами на парковку отбила все желание посещать этот ТЦ в дальнейшем. Парковка так сконструирована, что нет возможности узнать о наличии свободных мест на уровне: въезжаешь на него и - сразу поворот на следующий уровень. Т.е. с одной стороны уровня подъем на него, с другой спуск. Сами уровни крохотные. Это самая неудобная парковка ТЦ из всех, что мы были. Лифтов не дождешься, доехать на 8-й уровень парковки (всего их 19) проблема: лифт останавливается на каждом этаже, сегодня доехал до 7-го уровня, потом спустился на 1, и только потом на 8, причем за это время не вошел и не вышел ни 1 человек, и все время была нажата только 1 кнопка 8 уровня. А однажды мы вообще не могли уехать с 1 этажа - ни один из 2-х лифтов, которыми мы пытались воспользоваться, не захотел подниматься вверх.

Т.о. час только тратишь на возню с парковкой, а через 2 часа начинается платное время парковки. Подъезды к этому ТЦ узкие, 1 полоса движения. Эта ситуация с парковкой и лифтами к ним вынуждает искать другой ТЦ с более адекватной системой парковки, хотя живем рядом с ТЦ Филион. Навигации по ТЦ я не заметила: никаких стендов или буклетов.
