2019 a huge group of us did the Mud bath/Waterfall tour and had such an amazing experience, when we knew our cruise was going there again we talked 24 people into doing the same tour. We've been back for over a month now and still apologizing to everyone. The ride was rough and took forever! We got to Mud Bath and was another $10 if we wanted to participate. We already paid $55 pp for a ride up and down mountain! We did hit distillery where I bought 4 bottles of banana cream rum you can only get there. Put in front seat with driver that spoke NO English and didn't speak to us at all or tell us about the island. Waterfall was blocked off and we never stopped for food! We spent now $66 to ride up and down an mountain and $72 I spent on 4 bottles of rum. Most got sick due to the rough ride. We just wanted it to be over. Got back to the port and jumped out of the van! My fault I forgot the 4 bottles in front with driver. Of course he didn't say don't forget! By the time I remembered, it was too late! My ship was leaving. I talked to the owner and he was going to find out how much it would cost to ship! Following Tuesday after being back, he asked for my address! That was March 7th! I've heard NOTHING! Very unprofessional! HORRIBLE EXCURSION! I don't recommend this company! Read moreTerrible company and service. We booked a private transfer to and from the airport. They picked us up at the airport fine, but completely screwed us over on the return trip to the airport. The driver (Jason) arrived 25 minutes late, stopped by the side of the road to pee, and got us to the airport 10 minutes past our airline check in time. Cost us over $4,000.! * Update to Sammy's response: First, we did not book the time for pick up, you did! Second, Since you are a taxi and tour company representing your home country why would you not inform your clients that more time will be needed? Third, bottom line is if your driver was not late, and stop for a pee on the side of the road we would have made the airline check-in time, and our flight. The sole reason for missing our flight check-in was you driver being a half hour late! We only missed the check-in time by 10 minutes. Read moreI went to St.Lucia in April 2024 and the lady that picked us up from the airport was absolutely lovely! My problem is in the customer service with booking. Before my trip i had booked a round trip airport shuttle. immediately i realized id made a mistake in the booking and cancelled it and then rebooked it correctly. Now this i acknowledge was my error as it would have been easier to simply contact support to alter the original booking. However, i did contact support to get a refund on the cancelled booking (cancelled well within the time frame allowed). After coming home from my trip there was a seriese of patchy emails with customer service assuring me that i would receive a refund for what was essentially a double charge.
