Fun to stop at. Kind of curious about it since Mick Jagger, etc. Owned houses here. Little island and totally overpriced! I went to the local grocery store and saw prices about 4x higher than normal. Nice to stop and wander the little main street and maybe grab a drink. Locals offer tours of the homes of the rich and famous, which I declined. They said that when these celebs are on the island they pay the taxi drivers not to give tours.

Had SUCH a lovely time here with Their Majesties and horses (tbh the latter were lovelier). They spent the evenings apologizing for the occasional colonial brutality, but one did need sugar in one’s tea after all. And people to serve it. Looking forward to the next visit. What fun! (but really just who are these Bunberry people? Leftovers from Fyre Island?)

Luxury at your doorstep. Beautiful island. Exclusive and clean. A must visit is Basil's Bar. Beware of the Beach Bar at the Cotton House resort, wear bugspray. They have these biting gnats that leave ugly bumps and they are everywhere! But the Cotton House is a must visit, the restaurant and the great room for some rum.

Have had the privilege on several occasions to visit Mustique as a close friend owns not one, but two homes on this amazing island. I never in my lifetime thought I would experience anything as magical as I have here, there are no words that can do a six week stay on this island justice. I've been spoiled...everything else pales in comparison. I've traveled a fair bit and have yet to enjoy any island as much as Mustique. If you're lucky enough to be visiting there at Christmas time, everyone on the island is invited to Mick's party at Macaroni Beach...not to be missed! Hayman Island comes close, but that's a completely different “resort experience” that is...
