Local place for local and imported produce, great market for fresh fruit and fish. A few shops, post office, mobile shop, internet, cafes, pharmacy etc. One main street, look out for the sparrows bus, free lift to a great beach bar/restaurant and free lift back when your ready. Take the bus to Chatham Bay if not anchoring there, great area that's not too busy and not over developed. Beers at the shacks, look for Mr.Pleasure he has some good stories and cold beer!

Go, meet the friendly people; there are more guest houses to stay in and good food. The colour and vibrance is wonderful and the beaches are uncrowded and stunning. Just be respectful to the land and the people.

It a home for many and it can be a home for you too. Union Island is loaded with jobs for works in fact it under staff and it a great tourist destination beaches, kite surfing, swimming, partys , hotels, shop, rentals, Tropical fruit and much much more. I would know because I am from there I love it there more then USA that right the USA because I have been to the USA and union Island is better . In Union island crime is not the the norm infact you could leave your house unlock and go somewhere and return with your house in good condition and nothing stolen. Union Island have two primary schools and one secondary school, Hospital and a clinic it also have churches For example SDA church, gospel hall church and catorlic church so all your needs and wants are there so don't worry about packing too much Finally the people in Union island are different from the people from the main land the people are more nice and willing to help. I thank you coming to Union...

Union Island doesn't offer too much, few beaches, lack of structures. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, hotel and bars has a rate between quality and prices very low. In general the island is not well kept. it is not good for long time vacation. Only few spots are tolerable. Beautiful is the surround and the wild nature. The Tobago Kays marine parks and other spots are beautiful, so it is good if you have any kind of boat. On the island is possible to find taxi boats but they are expensive and not subject to...
