I’m a regular customer over the past 5 years and I’ve seen many good and bad changes over that time. I’ve visited both branches as well, however some of the things that bothered be the most is the very fast and unfair growing prices without baring in mind the overall provided services. It’s awful how greedy and meticulous they are when it comes to payment versus providing our full satisfaction. I’ve gained nothing from being a regular customer. Plus the place is very small and noisy to give a whole good experience. someone who will do her nails set next to another who will dry her hair, YET we pay for nails as much as another fancy spas that pay more attention to these details. I love some of the staff there mainly Lana and Amjad. They’ve been doing my hair for long period of time but unfortunately with this unreasonable prices it’s hard...

(+) They sit you right away which is great and organized and the booking process is easy and done online (+) They have a cash back system (+) Their styling products are high quality (+) They have a diffused for curly hair , which i loved .. I never left a salon where they took care of my curls.

(-) However the place was really small and noisy(wouldnt get a manicure/pedicure here)

(-) I got a hair trim which wasnt even at all!!! And I kept asking the stylist to correct it which made my hair shorter than I wanted.

(-) I tried hair filler .. which made no difference and was a waste of...

Not the 1st time in the salon, the services hair and nail are good But some important dilates to make the experience is perfect and deserve the money for the service No one take my abay or respond when I complain it was very hot and no one check the air condition -Simple things like you offer water or coffee for the customer Are something to complete the experience in any ellegant spa or Solon The reception girl don’t know about the nail service that Solon offer and I had to show her the service in their website
