Great supermarket to shop at. Pros: • Calm and peaceful shopping, rarely ever crowded • One particular merchandise stocker went out of his way to get me newly delivered yogurt from the back when the shelf was empty. That is exceptional service and training! I really dislike when other employees say "whatever is on the shelf is all there is" without checking their stocks. They should have "Employee of the Month" recognition awards to help foster such examples of good work skills. • A product turned out to be of very poor quality once and the general customer service online and in-store assistant manager were great with sorting out the issues on a personal level.

Cons: • Their cucumbers are never fresh! Often too soft/old so they go bad very quickly. I hope they start to sell fresh cucumbers soon!

My only problem is that some pieces are cut incorrectly specifically the tenderloins as they’re cut in sort of a slant which makes for uneven cooking and a tenderloin specifically, a fillet. Is supposed to be a much thicker cut, but most of them are only half an inch to 1 inch at best, which is sad because it’s my favorite and I always buy meat from here. i don’t mind the price markup as long as it’s cut correctly, i’ve taken a whole tenderloin home and decided to cut it at store but it was not cut right :( still eating the pieces though, froze them too, absolutely delicious, just a shame...

Great Tamimi branch. I found this branch to be much more organised and clean than the other branches I have visited. Calm environment. There is not much rush in this Tamimi branch so it's very easy and fun to shop. Although prices are quite higher than other markets like Panda and Carrefour. There is mostly imported products here.
