The service is absurd. I have been a customer for about 7 years now and have a long list of purchases from extra. I came to this branch for a vacuum cleaner I had done my own research about one of the products but when I arrived something else caught my eye. All I wanted to know was what were the contents of the box, and for just that I had to walk around the whole building just to find a staff member. When I finally found one after already informing him that my issue is related to vacuum cleaners that person literally walked with me to the aisle just to tell me that he does not work in the vacuum cleaner department and told me that a cartain person works there after pointing him out to me. He did not even bother to call him for me. Now I walked to the other end of the store to call the other guy wondering that maybe he will be able help me but no apparently he works in the washing machine department this was so infuriating I tried my luck with one other staff member but he made it look like I wasnt even present in front of him I immediately left the store and I am sure that I wont be back anytime soon atleast at this branch. One significant frustration was the display of two separate microwaves that weren't in stock anywhere in the city. This raises the question: what's the point of displaying items that customers can't purchase? When we inquired about the microwaves, the staff directed us to another branch, assuring us that the products were available there. However, upon arrival, we discovered that this wasn't the case. It was a waste of time and effort, leading to a disappointing experience.
Despite our efforts, we didn't get the microwave we wanted. To add to the frustration, the microwaves were still on display two days later, further highlighting the disconnect between their displays and actual stock availability.
Overall, while the staff was courteous and tried to help, the experience was marred by the lack of product availability and the inconvenience it caused. It would be beneficial for Extra to ensure that their displayed products are in stock or clearly indicate when items are unavailable, to save customers time and avoid unnecessary...

The service application is a joke, and giving wrong information, and u can’t communicate with anyone
