Bad customer service. You usually order things online for a reason right? It's probably because you cannot visit the store and check things yourself. I received a water dispenser which does not cool water and does not heat it! Of course I received it after several days of back and forth arguments with the delivery man who decided he was going to choose the time that best suits me according to his own schedule! Anyway, I notified the company that my device is not working at all. And after several "unclever" suggestions (like are u sure it is plugged in? ) they gave me the solution: "bring it to the store!!" If I had a car I wouldve come to u immediately in the first place! After I complained several times and in different ways, they promised to pick it up but (of course) they NEVER did...
