For those who love chocolate like me, you should try this, they have delicious chocolate cream or jam whatever u call it🍫😋 We ordered 1 portion of 3 mini waffles with vanilla ice cream, 1 hazelnut cappuccino and 1 caramel cappuccino for 91sar include tax. It's quite expensive bcs the portion of the waffle is actually small for me who love dessert but it's okay, the taste of the chocolate help me to give 5 star for this place. Talking about drinks, I ordered cappuccino bcs it's gonna be chocolate too much for me if I ordered hot chocolate. One of the worker said "here we have 3 kinds of special cappuccino, there are hazelnut, vanilla and caramel" and when we asked "is there original one?" And he said "no". And we end up to ordered as we mention above with special request "no sugar". The taste was nice but too sweet for us who loves cappuccino without sugar (sometime i add lil bit sugar for my cup not his). We just wondering why it is so sweet. When we done, we ask the bill, the other worker came and we found out that there is additional syrup for the cappuccino we should pay for 5sar each cup. TBH, i am lil bit upset, it's s not about we should pay for the syrup but because we asked him (first worker) the original one, he said only 3 choices and he didn't explain that it was syrup will be add on bill, and also that's the syrup will make the cappuccino super sweet. We ask the guy who brought the bill and he said there is original cappucinno. So....now I know, maybe it's marketing trick to add the syrup withoutmention that it is syrup(?). My advise is that next time please be honest, clear and fair to the customer. I don't want to destroy the rate, i satisfied for the chocolate but still I need to write my suggestions. I hope the owner find this review very well. Worth to buy again next time but i will just mention original cappucinno, no syrup lol....

The mall itself is very nice neat and clean and not too much occupied with people. The only thing i dont like about this mall is that the outlets of different brands have stuff very expensive. The food court is really good. Quite a variety is there. One of another good thing is that they have enough space for parking that you can get parking very easily if there is no big event. But still you are able to park easily in the nearby areas. One of the good brands with their products value for money is LCWAIKIKI. You can find atm machine on almost every entrance. There you can also find moi absher kiosk for registeration or change of personal information to your moi absher account. The food court is located to the west side. The grocery store in this mall is Manuel and it is located in the south side. It has a beautiful masjid for prayers. Some brands are really expensive like new yorker etc, Different brand perfume shops are in this mall. Rasasi has its sales desk as well. Towards the south side of the mall, there is a market for sale and services of dish receivers, and other...

Cozy small shopping center. Mostly friendly and positive workers. The only thing that made upset this is branch of Billy beez by very rude workers. Three ladies working in the entertainment complex absolutely cannot speak English, cannot explain the elementary conditions and answer questions. When a small child tried to go inside the entertainment center, a female worker rudely pushed him away from the entrance.... Company owners and managers should arrange for employees trainings how to serve and communicate with costumers and treat the children. International shopping centers like a face of the Jeddah because they are visited by guests from many countries and the wild behavior of workers undermines the prestige of the all shopping center and the quality of services.
