This was my second time at Mzzh Restaurant and hopefully it’s going to be the last time.

About the management, once we entered they were restricting us to let us sit on the seats of our choice which was quite awkward, they have this weird segregation which doesn’t allow stags to sit where ever they want, if they want to enforce that (they should at least make stags sit at a proper place not near the toilets).

Secondly, there was a weird sound which kept coming and it was really annoying, it was maybe from the AC Unit.

Thirdly the food was below par, their meat had such a bad smell and when I asked waiter to change the dish he replied “You have already eaten 50% of it, now you are asking me to change”, The behavior of the staff was not acceptable, we literally had to call the waiters multiple times in order to make them listen to us.

It was such a bad experience, it’s my message to the owner that kindly train your staff properly and educate them to be able to deal with the customers in correct manner and learn from their mistakes.

The manager of the restaurant was off-duty otherwise we would have made him a complaint, but truly it was a pathetic experience.

The only good thing about the restaurant was the guy who was responsible for the valet service, he had a smile on his face and made sure that our car was parked

I don't usually write reviews after just one visit because I believe in giving a fair and realistic assessment. When I visit a place multiple times, it's because I've truly found something special. Mzzh has consistently impressed me with everything it offers.

The atmosphere is exactly what you’re looking for in a lounge and restaurant. The space is vibrant and polished, providing a perfect setting to relax and enjoy.

The staff are professional, welcoming, and always available to respond promptly to guests. They truly make you feel like a cherished guest, ensuring you can chill out, relax, and have fun with your loved ones.

Each visit reveals improvements aimed at enhancing the extraordinary experience and entertainment they offer. Kudos to the owner and management team for their dedication to guest satisfaction.

The quality of everything—from the food and drinks to the hookah—is fabulous. My only suggestion would be to expand the menu variety.

Special mention to Babel and Rahmatallah, our server, who has consistently made our experience amazing every time we visit.

I recently visited the Lounge, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Here are the details of my visit:

The service was extremely poor. It took a long time to receive the menu, and when we requested assistance, the response was unhelpful and slow. The staff seemed inadequately trained in customer service.

The food served was below expectations. It was not fresh, and some dishes were undercooked, which detracted from the overall experience.

Despite the quality of service and food, the prices were unreasonably high. I do not believe the value offered justified the amounts charged.

Another frustrating aspect was the air conditioning problem. The atmosphere was hot and uncomfortable, making it difficult to enjoy our time in the lounge.

Conclusion Overall, I do not recommend visiting the Lounge. I hope they improve their service and food quality, reconsider their pricingin general, and resolve the air...
