I ordered nikai garment steamer and i got damaged piece so i placed return order via customer care they took 2 weeks to pick the item and after that its been a month now i have not got money back ... They dint refund it ... Im continuosly calling customer care and asking about refund and they just delaying ... Its my request dont ever order anything online from carrefour ... Worst service among all the grocery super market in saudi ... The manager of this retail shop specifically told that he will make it delay...
