The supermarket offers a good range of options for those with allergies, including vegan cheese that tastes just like regular cheese. However, it's surprising that they still don’t carry low-fat lactose-free milk, which is a basic item in most supermarkets. In my opinion, great supermarkets in KSA should stock Nada’s famous lactose-free fresh milk, no exceptions.

On the positive side, the store is well-organized and offers plenty of options for different tastes, including a variety of protein bars.

That said, I’m not a fan of the ‘fresh’ section—it’s incredibly disappointing. The egg salad is more like an egg shell salad, and both the salads and fruit salads are overpriced for what they are. You’re better off buying fresh fruit and vegetables and preparing them yourself.

Additionally, it’s hard to find a helpful staff, and the checkout experience is frustrating. The cashiers are painfully slow—what should take 3 minutes stretches to 10. They don’t even ask for your phone number to add your points unless you explicitly mention it, which leaves you wondering if someone else might be taking them like that one branch of Sephora yk. So, if you’re in a rush, this is not the place to shop.

I have a bad experience, I brought a power bank and when opened, it wasn't working even no power however I visited back to them to complain, at first on customer care counter they said we only replace within three days and cannot replace it however long discussion short. they replaced and gave me another new packed power bank. This time, I opened on the spot to check, it was functional. But right next day this one also got stop working showing same issue like no power nor functional. I was so disappointed I cannot manage visit time to time to replace. Finally I decided not to buy anything from Lulu onwards... This specific Lulu hypermarket branch is tremendously huge. Very spacious and has a lot of parkings available. It is located in Rawabi district whoch is on Haranain road. Close to Naseem, Bani Malik, Suleymania and Jamea districts. It has a lot of varieties of products. Food items, fresh vegetables and fruits, clothes for men, women and kids, electronics, home appliances, printers and laptops and best thing is for sure the food being served inside. Prices overall are neutral compared to other hypermarkets in KSA to be very fair. Only good prices are nuts prices that i have compared with others. Staff are very friendly and willing to cooperate. Had a good experience shopping for groceries and will fo sure visit them again....
