Lulu Hypermarket - Hamdaniya — Local services in Makkah Region

My only reason of visiting this branch of Lulu hypermarket was to avail the heavy discount offers present only in that branch. As this is a relatively new branch (just 4 months old as on August 2021), it was being promoted by giving discounts only at this one. Coming to the premises and location, it is quite far from and situated in the interior of hamdaniya. The security in LuLu Hamdaniya location does not care about the customer that park bikes at the location...there is no bike rack on the location...two of my friend got there bike stolen in front the store and the security doesn't care...we just watch the cctv and that's it...nothing on the side of LuLu...some of my friend's even told me that the security told the to park there bicycle on the main road and chain it in the light post which is so far from the store and the cctv wont see it...what kind of mind set in the admin of LuLu...

One of the bed experience from this Lulu crappy disappointed people bad actually the worst customer service ever see in Kingdom, my personal preference not to buy any electronics items from LULUHypermarket, before selling they will tell you everything the warranty will be claim within 3 days you can exchange you can return but once you buy and you have any problem or you want to change your exchange, they will not listen and making excuses, that item already opened and we can't deal in open...
