Al-Baik — Local services in Medina Province

Dipak Mondal at the counter was a rude, biased and stupid person. Our family stopped there travelling from Makkah to Medina. We were a big family having ladies and children in it. The person taking the order at the counter named Dipak Mondal was very rude towards our kids and ladies. We told him to be patient and treat kids and ladies with respect and patience. He told us to get aside once the order was done. We got on the side and we asked for the payment for order and he smiled in a weird way and told us to get in line again as we left the counter. We told him that you told us to get aside and he said rudely that why you left counter, it’s your problem. Get it in line again and started taking next orders. There were other people in queue telling him to be reasonable but he remained stubborn and rude. Brands having people Dipak Mondal always loose customers like Albaik lost our family as their customers unless they take action...

Best fried chicken fish and prawns but service could be lot better. Also fries are lousy very skinny and lame.

After you stand in que to pay for your meals, you stand with a hungry crowd begging for attention from their staff seeking their attention to look at your order for processing. The customer is certainly not important here.

Everyone who leaves the restaurant feels like having won a battle in having tackled the crowd and managed to get his order in hand. It shouldn’t be that way at all.

With a bit of IT and ingenious thought the entire process could be greatly improved. For instance they could have an app to place your orders online and a special counter for its delivery may be. Or like the kiosks based ordering like in most fast food chains...

A very place to relax, pray, refuel or to have some good burgers or chicken broast. It's around 171 kms from Medina Munawwarah. Reviewed in 2017

Review in 2022 My experience at Al Baik is always the best. Abha, Jeddah, Jizan, Makkah, Medina or even highways like this one. No matter which place they are the best. The best food in K.S.A at the most reasonable prices. The quality of food outstanding. The food is cooked and served within 10 minutes of the order and is very fresh. The dedication by staff is awesome. You don't see them relaxing even for a minute. Parking is easily available. Kids friendly meals are also available.
