🛍️👀 A Mixed Experience at Al Wafa Hypermarket, Tuwaiq Branch 🛍️

I visited the Al Wafa Hypermarket branch at Tuwaiq on a Friday, and it was buzzing with customers everywhere in the store 🕰️. The place was packed, and it was clear that the discounts and promotions were a major draw for the crowds 📣.

📊 There were indeed many discounts available throughout the store, and I found some great deals on grocery items and dry fruits 🍿. However, navigating the store was a challenge due to the huge crowd and congested aisles 🚶‍♀️.

🛒 To make matters worse, the trolleys were not in good condition, making it difficult to push them around the store 🚗. I was looking forward to a smooth shopping experience, but the crowds and trolley issues made it frustrating 🤕.

🕒 The biggest issue, however, was the limited number of checkout counters 📊. We had to wait for over an hour just to checkout, which was unacceptable 🕰️. I noticed that the female staff at the checkout counters were slow, which added to the delay 👩‍💼.

🚨 In my opinion, the number of checkout counters needs to be increased, especially since this branch caters to huge crowds 🚗. On the positive side, there is a large parking space for cars in front of the store 🅿️.

Yesterday night september 22, 2023 me and my colleague went to alwafa hyper here in tuwaiq for groceries, after we finished we went to the cashier for payment at around 11:30pm, after the cashier finished giving the receipt for my friend i noticed that my friend forgot to pay the clothes that she was holding because she is afraid that the clothes may get soiled if she will put in the cart due to the wet goods that she bought and the cashier told her that she is a "THIEF". The behavior of the cashier went overboard by saying things without confirmation/confrontation where in the clothes was in her hands and it was not hidden or there's sign that my friend was really going to take that clothes without paying. Anyway the cashier is a female with dark brown complexion, she's fat and she's located at the left side of the counter if you are going to enter the store.
