0 stars if I could. I came in with freshly washed hair and asked for a blow out with volume because I have thin hair. The lady proceeded to blow dry hair along the length, in the direction of the root to ensure there is anything BUT volume. The blow out then proceeded to become a curly hair look which I thought I could settle for until she was done and showed me my hair, filled with very obvious curling iron bumps and frizz. No heat protectant or mousse was used to give me any volume and when asked why (before the curling iron came out) I was told she would make volume with the curling iron but alas, she did not.

I did not ask for a refund because there was still some effort and time that the lady had put in but if you ask me, someone who doesn’t have the ethic to take their headphones off while working on a client, really doesn’t deserve a job at a salon at all.

DO NOT GO HERE IT IS A WASTE...

I had my root touch up done and they had no whatsoever idea how to do it properly. They turned my hair orange and when I went to complain that not the colour, they tried to fix it again but this time way darker. No sense of getting the right colour. Highly incompetent staff!!

I got shellac done, although the nail artist was good but only limited selection of colours. To top it off the owner has no customer skills at all. Very rude and inhospitable vibes. I WOULD NOT recommend this to...

Don't go there ! First, some prices are not on their list and I didn't get bill that's not normal. Second, they did a "Filler treatment" in my hair which is not really a Filler treatment, cauz Filler treatment is a deep one which needs special needles to give structure to the hair roots. I paid 472 riyals for this treatment which cost only 199 riyal on Amazon and to cut dry ends of my hair.. Cheating on customers is something I really don't like. Anyway lesson learned,...
