One of the e worst experiences I had in a nail salon. I booked for a regular manicure and pedicure @3:30 pm today. They had me started with the pedicure which was fine.. no complaints there. Then they took their time (I didn’t complain as I was in nor rush) and then they asked me to move from the manicure pedicure chair and go to the table / station were the manicurist was (there was like 4 chairs.. all unoccupied) which was strange. I mean she should come to me but 🤷🏻♀️ and right from the beginning she had an attitude.. as if she’s forced to work!!! Right from when they told her you have your next customer. I told her to cut my nails but instead she kept filling them aggressively. She kept using her phone while working on my nails. She didn’t put a towel under my hands. She was not wearing a mask nor putting gloves on (which personally I wouldn’t normally mind but her finger tips and nails looked horrible bleeding as if she bits them off.. I don’t want to sound mean but they looked disgusting). The tools kit was not sealed .. to which she said “we sanitize them”. She was signing and gesturing with her hands to me to put my hands in the water (instead of talking to me politely). This is definitely the most unsanitary, unpleasant, and worst experience I’ve ever had in a salon. And to top it all off, she was going to put the nail color that I got with me without any base or top coats claiming that i need to pay extra money for that while according to the receptionist, that is not true 😡😡😡. I don’t normally write reviews except when I really really like the place as a sign of appreciation. But this time I felt I wanted to write about my experience, so that the owner would do something about it. Btw, I informed the receptionists about my experience, and I really hope that they’ll take...
Read moreIt's a mediocre place. The manager is more interested in reviews (she came to ask about it more than once) than the quality of services. For waxing, they use sugar paste. Maybe that's why it affected the quality of the result, but it wasn't too bad. Pedicure was a nightmare. Tools wasn't sterile, that's 100%. Collected into separate open bags. Cutting tools used and reused again. She even took cuticle cutters from another package, so it seems it's common practice. Files were fine, though. Pedicure quality is really bad. She cut my cuticle, didn't disinfect, request for a polish base coat was ignored, and polish was done really poorly. It started pealing the next day. When I reached out to the manager regarding the pedicure, there was no reply. I'm still waiting.. I do...
Read moreVery disappointed 😔they have no idea to work with sensitive nails, sacrifice (cutting) them all for not knowing to repair. Top over the cuticles and skin, few moments later they’re just pilling with all the procedure. Manicure pedicure, with a very simple gel procedure, except removing the old one, 3 hours. I asked twice to provide me another girl as for every one and only on the last hour when I literally showed disappointed they bring one more girl which actually painted all over my fingers. I am at a terrace now, one hour later trying to clean my cuticle and also keeping the colour on my nail.🙁and there is no good English speaker who can talk and understand your needs. A bunch of money for...
