I spent more than 1000 riyals just to pamper and relax myself ! The lash lady was kind But the massage lady she was on harry like who do massage in rush??

The nail lady she was disorganized She shift me 2 time just because she want to do my toes with my nails in same time :)! In inappropriate chair, She keeps doing this until i said for her that’s uncomfortable!

I had the worst experience just for a hair wash and trim!the client before me was dying her hair and they washed my hair and I waited 45 minutes until my hair was trimmed and it air dried and got frizzy and my wet hair made my shirt wet and when I made my appointment on the phone the receptionist didn’t inform me there was a client before me or the time isn’t suitable.Very unprofessional and I’m never coming back again even though I drove a 30 minute ride for this specific salon!but never again!very disappointed and they just lost a customer if you have many clients then you should have enough hair...

I had the Saudi National Day offer: 3 services (hair blow-dry, hair trimming, and a basic manicure 💅) for 195 SAR.

Big thanks to the receptionist for welcoming us with such a warm smile! 🌸 Sabreen did an amazing job with my haircut 💇‍♀️, and my nails look lovely thanks to the nail specialist 💅. Highly recommend!

For future offers, it would be even better to include nail polish as part of the manicure, and maybe add some hospitality services as well.
