I cannot express my gratitude, delight, and complete satisfaction about working with Meg in creating my daughter’s vision for the florals for her wedding. I live in Los Angeles, my daughter in Nashville, and planning her wedding from 2k miles away during these past 2 years has not been an easy undertaking! After canceling her initial wedding date in 2020, she decided to reschedule for Oct. 2021. All of the scheduling and bookings for the necessities became a challenge onto themselves, with time constraints, over bookings, and, unfortunately, even expecting a return call from a vendor was difficult. After reaching out to numerous florists in Nashville (I was not familiar with the area), I was disappointed by either lack of availability or simply not being able to accommodate our needs. And then. . . I found Meg at Foliage, East Nashville florist. From our very first conversation, and many forms of communication thereafter, to my finally meeting Meg in person when she delivered the stunning flowers to the wedding venue, it was such a pleasure to work with her!! My experience with Foliage was nothing shy of amazing! From my very first meeting with Meg, I felt comfortable and confident that she would make my floral vision for my wedding come true. Not only did she deliver, but my customer experience throughout the process was top notch. She answered all of my questions promptly, made changes (and I requested quite a bit) immediately and communicated regularly. I cannot mention enough how superb the customer experience and communication has been. Then comes the day of the wedding - Meg delivered all of our florals to multiple locations and the designs blew me away. My bridal bouquet was exquisite, it was extremely photogenic, and I have gotten complements on it from guests to Facebook friends that saw it in pictures. The bridesmaids bouquets were exactly what I wanted, especially when I requested a particular flower. She created a floral hairpiece for me and my flower girls and they were perfect. The florals that were on our archway were incredible and were quite the show stopper. It was far better than I could have ever imagined. I honestly cannot rave about Foliage enough - and you can bet that I will be recommending them to anyone in Nashville that I know needs florals for anything - not to mention that I will be using them again for any of my future floral needs. I am sad to write this review as we gave the shop an opportunity (over a week) to respond, but never heard back. My husband placed an order for 2/13 pickup for V-day. He upgraded to a larger bouquet even though it was 4x the price we would ever normally spend.

When he picked them up, the shop worker could not find his order for awhile. She was looking around, seemingly confused. Looked in the system several times. Finally she came out with a bouquet that 1. Didn't look anything like what he ordered, 2. Was smaller than expected and 3. Had no card to accompany it (which he wrote upon order placement).

My husband does not know much about flowers so rolled with it. When he told me the story, I knew it couldn't be right. I work in events and have worked with florists on many occasions. I have never paid $200 for this size and quality of bouquet.

I called them on 2/14 to ask them about the incident. Understandably they were busy, and they took down my information and promised a call back. I wanted to give them ample time and did not expect a call that day, or even that week, given the holiday, but it has now been over 10 days with no response.
