Termalna Rivijera — Local services in Bogatic Municipality

I don't know how this place function in summertime but I was here in January so I will post my review as such. The staff at the entrance was very polite. One of my friends forgot her slippers and a towel, but they provided it for us. The changing rooms are one big area with lots of lockers, but the size of lockers are not big enough to fit your shoes, your jacket and your bag and clothes. So you have to choose which items you want to store and others have to be on the outside. They have hangers for jackets, but I chose to put my jacket inside the locker along with my bag, and leave my shoes out. There are cabins where you can change which are nice and spacious. After we left our clothes, we went to the restaurant part, which is new and renovated. Food was eatable, but let's be honest we are here for the hot springs not for the food. Smoking is allowed inside so the restaurant is dimmed with smoke which I personally avoid. The water in 'closed' area is not that war, so we went outside where the water is warmer, but outside was -4c so our faces were cold, very cold, no mater how much we dipped our heads. We spent an hour in the water and went outside for a break, but inside was cold, so after few minutes we went to dry ourselves, and change, so we don't catch a cold. They have dryers in the changing area so we used 2 at time to dry out faster. There is sauna and turkish bath, along with hot stone deck chairs but we didn't even get to those because we were cold. I will visit this place again but in summertime, never...

I recently visited Termalna Riviera for 2 days and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. While the setting was promising, the facilities and amenities were not as well-maintained as I had hoped.

A major concern was the lack of enforcement of basic hygiene and etiquette rules. Many guests were smoking inside the pool area, which was not only unpleasant but also inappropriate for a wellness environment. Despite this being a clear issue, the staff did not take any action to address it, which was quite disappointing.

A spa should be a place of relaxation and cleanliness, and I hope the management takes feedback seriously to improve the experience for future visitors. With better oversight and attention to maintaining a comfortable environment, this resort could truly offer the quality experience it aims for.

Additionally, the towels were not clean, with visible makeup stains on them. Basic amenities like extra towels, bathrobes, and slippers were also not provided, which was disappointing for a spa experience.

Voda je odlična. Nije pretopla. Ako volite bas bas toplu vodu, ovo nije takva. Oko 35-40 stepeni maksimalno. Kompleks nije veliki ali je dobro zamišljen i dobro organizovan. Bazen sa toboganima je jako plitak i možete decu slobodno pustiti u njega i na tobogane bez preteranog nadzora. Ima puno tobogana i deca se neće zaštititi lako mogućnosti i igre. Ukoliko negde pročitate da imaju hidromasazere I djakuzije, imaju. Istina je. Ali su zaista smešni i beskorisni. Mozda jedan ili dva imaju bar neku snagu. Sve drugo su zapravo baloncici koji izlaze iz vode. U okviru kompleksa je i restoran kao i restoran brze hrane. Mi smo jeli u restoranu. Tu su počeli problemi. Od celog menija bio je dostupan samo roštilj. Preslan do te mere da neko ko bas voli slano jedva jede. Još veći problem je što je sve bilo začinjeno vegetom. Prosto, imamo utisak da u tom restoranu nijedan kuvar nije skorije boravio. Kao da unajme nekog iz sela da ispeče roštilj jer to valjda svako zna. Ovo vam može dosta pokvariti užitak. Održavanje svega je jako loše. Naravno i toaleta, ali i svega drugog. Sprave za decu koje se nalaze u vodi imaju dosta drvenih delova koje su dotrajali. Palo ki je na pamet da bi se deca tu mogla povrediti, ali rekoh, da ne pravimo dramo, ipak smo došli da se odmorimo. Medjutim kada smo došli kući, sin od pet godina pun je ogrebotina i posekotina, sitnih, ne opasnih, ali opet, nekako nije uredu i možda su mogle da budu i gore. Osoba sa invaliditetom se niko nikada ovde nije setio. One nisu dobrodošle po svemu sudeći. Sve je nepristupačno, počevši od parkinga koji je posut takvim nekakvim šljunkom da se točkovi kolica po njemu ne mogu kretati. Rezervisanih mesta nema, rampi nigde i sl. Cene su previsoke. To kažem zato što se ulaz naplaćuje, te se onda ne očekuje da cenama u restoranu kompenzuju korišćenje sadržaja. Dakle cene su kao u srednjem nivou neogradskih restorana, s time što ti beogradski restorani ne izgledaju kao studentske menze i ne služe prešla u vegetiranu hranu sa roštilja. Sve u svemu, nismo se loše proveli, imali smo sreće da nije bilo gužve pa smo nekako prevazišli ove nedostatke.
