If this hotel did not have such good staff, the question is whether it would have a visit at all. (this should be read by the deputy rector or hotel manager). The area around the reception, the elevator, the corridors in the hotel, the room, everything was tidy, often. The room is spacious, clean, bathrobes, bed linen smell. You have a kettle in the room. The first day of arrival, a bottle of water, tea, coffee. After that, water is bought, and you don't get coffee and tea in the room during your stay. A spacious terrace with two chairs and a table. In the bathroom, a hair dryer and everything necessary. Both restaurants are clean, the staff is friendly. Alcohol is not served in the hotel. I'm used to the buffet table in the hotel, but I didn't stay hungry. Regarding the use of the Spa, there are separate appointments for men and women and there is only one common appointment from 8 to 11 in the morning. Before arriving at the hotel, ask for the appointment schedule, because I could not use the Spa or the outdoor pool between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. (a bit much, at least for me). Changing room, showers, sauna, need renovation. The water is truly thermal, and hotel guests return to the hotel for the benefits of this water. The sauna only works in the period from 18:00 to 22:00, which in my opinion is not correct and I think it should also work in the period when there are women and the mixed period. Outside, deckchairs, umbrellas and two bars where you can refresh yourself with juices and coffee. That part has to be fixed, cleaned. It is not clear to me that the hotel manager does not visit the bar outside, so it must shine and not look like it does. Unfortunately, for most of the day I could not swim, sunbathe, use neither the outdoor nor the indoor pool, but I respect the rules of the hotel. For everyone who misses beer and barbecue, Konoba Termal is right next to the hotel. The employees are wonderful, helpful and kind. Recommended barbecue, and they serve alcohol. Hit and miss|We stayed a night and day at the hotel. The restaurant on level was excellent and the food fantastic and staff very nice - we had a superb dinner equal to any top restaurant.||Reception staff were helpful and available to assist with any enquires although not open early in the morning.||Many issues with the room;|- air conditioning was broken and on 27 degrees which was super hot and when we asked reception to come and look at it we were told to wait it out to see if it would go down in temperature which it didn’t. We ended up sleeping with the balcony door open |- shower leaked water all over the floor and completely saturated it|- shower tiles were cracked all on the floor and in our opinion need to be replaced|- bedside lamps did not work|- walls are paper thin and the couple next door having “special time” could be heard through our room and actually made our bed shake|- very very noisy you can hear every step being taken by the floor upstairs. Many people commented on this so you would need to stay on the 5th floor to avoid this|- water cannot be drunk. They give you complimentary 1litre which is not enough for a two person stay||Spa;|- make sure you take rubber shoes as the tiles everywhere are very slippery |- signage is not available in English so you are not aware of potential health issues from using the thermal water which is 50 degrees (cannot use it if you have heart problems, high blood pressure etc) - this is a safety issue|- no life guard|- getting into the thermal spa is very difficult with no hand rails to grab when you try to step into it. I had to help many ladies get into it|- actually finding the spa on level -1 was perplexing with no signs|- they overstate wellness services available. Quite simply they offer a few different massages and no beauty treatments like facials which I was told they did when we telephoned them. |- I had a one hour massage and it was fantastic although they should offer a change room as I had to undress in front of the massage lady and found it a bit uncomfortable as I wasn’t told what to do or where to put my things. The room was very bright and I am used to a dark room with candles so that was odd as well but the music was nice||In summary I think they oversell the hotel on their website and social media. The benefits of the thermal water are amazing but the room and other services let the whole experience down.
