The metallurgic occupation of the site lasted for about 100 years, beginning around 280 AD and ending in 380 AD.

Arheološko nalazište Kraku Lu Jordan ( na vlaškom Jordanova Kosa) otkriveno je početkom sedamdesetih godina prošlog veka i zauzima površinu 200 x 180 m. Oslobađanjem od površinskog sloja zemlje, otkrivene su zidine stare 1800 godina. Zidovi ( spoljni i unutrašnji ), su relativno dobro očuvani i ostavljaju utisak monumentalnosti, što ne čudi s obzirom da je ovo svojevremeno bio značajan metalurški centar...
