Service is appalling. Avoid at all costs unless you have some spare cash and would like to be charitable to donate some to the rude old folks running the place.

Instead of mitigating the problem with the potted plant sold to us (possible insect infestation), tells you that you have killed the plant, that you are lying about watering the plant and basically asks you to sod off.

All of these were done with members of their staff lazing on their respective chairs without a care apart from their foreign worker.

I guess they have reached the point where they are prepared to shut for good or they have had so many complaints before that they are simply numb to such occurrences.

Nevertheless, TERRIBLE...

Chanced upon this flower garden when looking for landscaping ideas. They have good quality plants and flowers. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, able to provide us with recommendations to build the garden that we had in mind. They also provided planting services which was reasonably priced. They did a very good job with my garden and I am extremely pleased with the entire process and outcome. Thank you kwang kee...

my Daughter bought me the Flowers for few days and its not fresh..l ask for replacement...the man ask me to top up and was Very rude...l advise all frenzs not to patronise this shop cos they are not responsible for a $150/-dollars Flowers...and ask me to top up...we bought only...
