Severely lack of cleanliness and hygiene. Smells of urine at various places. And dog owners irresponsibly allow their pets to urinate and defecate at residential areas without cleaning them up. Also a lot of unruly litter bug neighbours littering everywhere and the feeding of stray cats by irresponsible human left large amount of food on the floor, make it slippery, and contribute to massive pests build up, like ants and pegions with their droppings. Cigarette butts can be found here and there, with large accumulation at various places. Not so sure if the management would do anything about that even though feedbacks...

Nice estate having its own mini shopping mall with a clinic, preschool, Sheng Siong supermarket and coffeeshop with decent food options which helps in the convenience. Walking distance is about 15-20mins to MRT station but there are many bus options to multiple areas and bus to MRT station can take about 5mins or more. It is very near to many schools - walkable in about 10mins to NUS high school, New Town Secondary school, Singapore Polytechnic, School of Science and Technology Singapore, Technical University of Munich Asia and...

If you want to move here, you can check out the huge playground and the sheng siong nearby, which is very convenient. There is also another playground with swings around level 2.

The neighborhood kids are also real friendly, i lived here since 2013, and have been going to the place since 2021. I made some best friends ever at the playground. Ps you get to connect with people in other schools and ages (oldest at the playground ground is like 15).
