If I can draw more ⭐️ , I would like to put 10 ⭐️!!! We just found a gem!!! - Family Tutor! My boy science grade was a low C and coming to a D. I was so nervous and decided to register myself to Family Tutor to give it a try. First impression was - I like the logo as it stated 家教 which symbolize family values. Which caught my attention and I really like it. To my surprise, Family Tutor immediately started a group chat with me with all their fantastic team members. It’s like, anytime you need a tutor, just go back to the same group chat and they are there for you anytime. Even last minute request, they are able to accommodate and work on it on an urgent basis. A very very professional and committed team. They are all so responsive even late in the night, they replied my messages timely and cheerfully. When they match a science tutor Gary for us, it is like a granting me my wish - A committed Tutor whom chatted with me on my boy’s progress from time to time, send me updates on my boys’ work, share with me on how he will be helping him with positive vibes. The best part is - due to covid, he has to conduct most of the lessons via online but despite that, I was so surprised that my boy grades still shoot up to A1! All thanks to his attentiveness & unwavering efforts, he is so meticulous, makes sure my boy finish the work on the spot and he will check and mark his work remotely. Went through with him. Even during school holidays, he wanted to conduct extra lessons to build up his previous year foundation. A great thank you to him and all his efforts and time. He doesn’t even take or claim any credits. We are really grateful! Now am looking forward to his final year exam preparation with his tutor. We are so grateful to Family Tutor. I really feel so safe and secure, glad and happy that Family tutor is our tutoring agent. We will stay with this agent. Highly recommended! They have a great big pool of tutors. Over the last 3 years, I have tried 4-5 difference tutor agencies, but I still find myself coming back to familytutor over and over again because they keep proving to the best in terms of tutor quality and agency service. I do not trust other agencies anymore because of bad experiences. With familytutor's help, I hired about 6 tutors in total for my niece and nephew in the last 3 years.

My experience with familytutor:

They know what they are doing. They always advise me on the most suitable types of tutors and tuition rates in order to get the best available tutors out there in the market. Even though a lot of times they could earn more from me by recommending me the more expensive tutors, they did not do that. Instead, they chose those who had a good between between academic improvement track record, tuition rates, experience, and qualification.

My advice for other parents who are looking for home tutors with familytutor:

Listen to and accept what their team has to advise because they know the tutor market the best. Part time tutors like university undergraduates are usually the best tutors out there who will work hard for your children, not full time tutors or moe teachers. Somemore, part time tutors are more affordable. Oftentimes, the first tutor that familytutor recommends to you is the best out of the pool. I made multiple mistakes of choosing the second or third tutor, but in the end still went back to hiring the first tutor choice given to me. I would save a lot of time if I just took up the first choice given by them.

He give good suggestion of tutors and able to value add on many area related to students need! Few of the teachers he recommend improve the result of the student, also build up their confident toward the subjects - Ms Kanagaaeswarri is very dedicated and this dedication is also reflected in the result in the student learning outcome.
