(Edit : Response to the Owner:)
The date and timing of my visit was 7 Feb 22, 2.10-2.40pm accordingly.
To get more details on the incident, you would do better contacting your own staff at that time / checking the CCTV to see how many of the patients they turned away. According to what the front desk said to the guy in front of me, the redirection was even an 'advice' given by one of your doctors; She didn't make it sound like such. One of your doctors also went to the door to usher an asthmatic patient to the next door clinic, despite the patient's stress, bewilderment, and the front desk's open acknowledgement that the wait time's just as long over there (~2H).
While I get that you want to hear both sides of the story, I don't want anything to do with your clinic anymore, especially after I tested positive this morning.
It could have been picked up, when I visited your clinic.
[Summary: Company-sponsored patients only??? But posters on wall claimed to be CHAS-usable, which is govt sponsored?? 30mins queue to the registration counter, only to be given a verdict of whether you can or cannot qualify to be their patient; if not, go next door to that other clinic, please.]
This does not apply to just me, but some other patients who waited tgt with me in line today as well.
Made us wait for over 30 mins in line to register, only for front desk to tell us to go to the next door 24h emergency clinic and wait for 2H because the wait time's no different from here. Apparently, this clinic's only for company-sponsored patients, and not for public?? It's misleading, given that the posters inside blatantly advertise the usage of CHAS card, which is government sponsored if I recall.
Why the discrimination? I'm a paying patient as well. The staff seemed fed up repeating the same old redirection lines too; Couldn't you at least put up a sign outside?
I feel sicker than I started out, lining out in the hot sun for some dozen minutes and being on my feet while nauseated for some 30 mins. Since I have to line up for another half hour at the next door clinic (just to register), I give up. I'm nursing my flu at home.
On the side, it is funny how each of us patients are lining up just to be given the metaphorical whooping by the front desk staff though. Felt like my kindergarten days, when we lined up with our hands stretched out for a whacking from the ruler. Only, replace the grades with the company brand, and toss the good kids in with the pile who'll have to queue up too. Class's dreadful for all, staff and target...
Read moreWent to this clinic out of the usual family clinic i always visited since i was a baby due to extreme rashes from my body. The usual clinic is too packed and need advance booking. Decided to go forward with a faster alternative instead.
Doctor took a torchlight to look at my rashes and insist that he wanted me to take off my shorts (with undies on), calling in with a female assistant to look at my rash on my buttock area. Just FYI - I have rash all over my body. Including outer thighs, arms, elbows. Of all places he wants to see those that were inside clothing. Asked questions that seemed grey “do i always wear this type of undies” - could be checking if i am allergic to cloth material. Pulling my undies a little near to my middle to see rashes. And also pulling up my top a little to see my back if there were rashes before i could allow him to. Asked a few inappropriate questions. Without thinking much i answered all his questions.
Gist of the story: he diagnosed was that i am infested with mites/ lice called scabies. He prescribed a few low dosage itch pills to stop the itch. But was ineffective. Gave me a prescription to go to the local pharmacy to get a lotion for lice & mites treatment. To be applied from neck to the feet for 3 days.
Today: I visited my usual GP and she said it was just heat rash & eczema flaring up from the hot weather. If it was lice/ mites with that lotion it would’ve already stopped itching and cleared up already. Spent a total of $57.35 + $15 for lotion. The medication was also deemed ineffective due to the low dosage. Not showing any effects of relieving itch too.
Doctor asked me twice about if i needed an Mc. I said no. He proceeded to ask me what do i work as (not needed to answer actually). Yes i do not need an MC but i need to cure my rashes and itch. It seemed like this clinic is just good at giving MC for people who tend to chao geng but not for serious health matters. If a much accurate diagnosis of my rash could be given i wouldn’t be going to another round to the doctor again.

Read moreI wanted to do blood test in the morning with the overnight starving for at least 10 hrs. Reached there at 8.30 am and when reached counter for registration, it was about 9 am. Quite a number of people q before me. I got no. 17.
The best part came. When reached 10 am, only reached no. 7. I was starved badly and I gave up my blood test. I went to ask for my medicine instead. Waiting until 10.15 am, my medicine still not prepared. Then I went for my breakfast because seriously cannot taban already. After I back from my breakfast around 10.30 am, the q no. was only 10. Then the doctor saw my request for medicine. She refused to give the medicine just like that and asked the nurse to take my blood pressure and until I met her in her room by cutting the q. After a short consultation, I left the clinic at 11.30 am and it has not reached no. 17.
Just think about I need to starve to do the blood test. If follow today's time, I need to wait until at least 12 pm. I will be starving for my breakfast and lunch and DO NOTHING but just wait there. I don't understand why took so long for a patient to do the blood test and how come the q no so slow. If understaff or lack of doctor, please out front to inform and don't let people like me starving for so long and waiting for so long.
Very disappointed today, despite I got the good consultation previously from the doctors. My time can't be wasted...
