Had the worse experience with this clinic. Called in to book an appointment on the behalf of my friend for his swap test, and was told to send in the information through a link as the doctor will arrange for the best time for a swap test based on the information.
Called in to confirm the appointment as the swap test date was kinda of like too early and was assured by the doctor that it was correct. Friend went to the clinic for the appointment and was told by the staff that it was too early for his swap test before his departure and after communication with the staff, the doctor took his swap test and told him that the 48hours was based on the date of the swap test result released.
Received the swap test result the night itself, and had doubt with the timing as it seem exceed 48hours before his flight, so went to the clinic the morning to check but the front desk insisted that there was no issue and being a foreigner, the front desk was really rude to my friend, and when I arrived, the front desk kept quiet despite of me trying to clear my doubts.
The doctor shouted from inside her room and said that there was no issue with the result timing, and said that the result should be 2 days before the departure, but isn't 48 hours = 2 days?
The doctor kept mentioning that there wont be an issue, and when I asked if my friend couldn't board the plane, the doctor shouted: Then blame us. And even mentioned that we could go to MOH to lodge a complain.
The attitude of the front desk and the doctor was really horrible, I can understand that the front desk might not clear about rules of swap test before departure, and the doctor should know best, and instead of explaining to us, she was shouting from the inside of the room.

I Was administered the flu vaccination by a DR Neow May Yin Pauline.Simply to summarise my experience, Worst Dr I have seen thus far, who thinks she might have high IQ but unfortunately for the patients who see her, she has very low EQ, with zero bed side manners.
My experience in this regard, is coming from Professors and senior doctors I have met in the past, when I bring my family members for appointments. And I have met many.
But this Dr was different. She was very brash and dismissive. Showed she didn't care.
They overcharged me, even though I have blue Chas card. the Dr simply said, I don't qualify. this was very misleading and different from the MOH website message I got stating I can get subsides based on the CHAS blue card was holding.
But they didn't want to take the time to explain but keep saying I didn't qualify. And that was the final price. I wish I was told of the costing much earlier. They clearly knew this and hid it till the last minute. This clinic and their practises aren't running to help society.
Avoid this clinic. Staff were rude and dismissive of the questions you asked. I pity the poor elderly folk around here who go n see them without any choice and for convenience sake.
Please don't be fooled by the high ratings. Some of them look fake and planted.
They aren't what they seem or represent on the ground. I will give them zero stars for lack of EQ and compassion to serve. Save your money and...

I reached at 10:30 when clinic closes at 1130. The older receptionist was super rude. She said thereās too many people in the queue, rejected me and asked me to go to another clinic. I told them If I could I would, but I might need a referral letter to a specialist so I need to find a company appointed clinic. Despite me trying to explain so many times she just kept asking me to leave saying they cannot see me. Is the doctor going to see me or her? Whereas receptionist celest was patient and nice and told me to leave my number if they can take me they would. At 11:15 I went back again to see if they could see me, that old rude lady rejected me again and this time infront of me she still said āeh celest still have 4 more patients ehā but celest still helped me to asked the doctor and I was able to see the doctor as the last patient. Really thankful for receptionist celest and the doctor on that day. To be honest, even if I didnāt manage to see the doctor I would not be pissed if she at least tried to help. But the way she talked to me as if like I owed her a living and Iām causing her to OT on purpose. I would like to tell the old rude lady if she is so unhappy with her job, donāt work. In this line, you need at least abit of empathy but...
