Been going to Bada and their sister companies (Walking/ You are my sunshine) for their headspa for a while now. All has been good and i never fail to leave feeling relaxed. Also made sure to read reviews before coming to this branch.

However, you probably wouldn't believe me when I say that I waited for Vanessa to arrive to work. (Tho, ironically, continuously being reminded to arrive on time)

I arrived 5 mins early, however Vanessa came in abt 5 mins late, had to wait for her to change (lol), get ready to work. Whats worse is when she was done changing, she ushered me into her room where her previous customer's tea pot and cup (they provide a drink) were still on the chair's connected table, she apologised and took it away, and now i know- NOTHING is sanitised before the next customer. I wanted to walk right out, but because I was alr there, I decided to give her a chance. My mistake for this.

This is because her headspa felt like a $20 hairwash (no good massage technique, unlike the others previously) and dont forget the price point, people come and are willing to pay $80-200 here to RELAX and NOT to just get their hair washed.

Last but not least, she got the hair mask meant for my hair, massaged all over my scalp instead (because I'd reached a pt where I voiced out for her to massage me more) and this was when the hair mask was alr on. So she went and just massaged my head, getting hair mask onto my scalp. It then was left to STEAM on my scalp for the next 10 mins or so... (Idk how long I was lying there because she doesn't tell you what's the next step)

I have to add this last one here because it's funny- before commencing the headspa, Vanessa scanned my scalp to let me see the condition of my scalp, after the headspa, their supposed to let you see the difference in your scalp. She skipped this step ofc. Was it because my scalp had hair mask on it or maybe she knew I was no longer having it😂 very telling.

I WILL be back for Bada's headspa and to all their other outlets and maybe even here, BUT choosing the right hairdresser is most impt. Might wanna take the reviews with a...

Went for a head spa with my gf becos we both agreed to try based on many good reviews attached to the link. We used a watsapp link tagged to You are my Sunshine. Sg (Korean Head Spa at Orchard) to book 'The Relaxation Headspa' at $60 trial price then maybe try the higher range next time if we liked the spa. This so called Hair spa was done at Badahair at 3rd flr as well as Ministry of Scalp at the 4th flr. On the day of our appt, my gf was assigned to a blond girl while I went with an older lady by the name of Vanessa. (fyi Vanessa DID Not even give me a proper introduction of herself when she spoke to me). Isn't this the basic CS? Long story short, both my sis and I agreed the experience we both had was NOT WORTH it. Blonde girl just going thru the motion. Yap, and I quote Vanessa she said 'YOU KNOW THIS IS JUST WASH & Blow hor'? I was actually puzzled the way she phrased her words. On hindsight, she's telling me the service I paid for will be just a WASH & BLOW!! Not a HAIR SPA! Her head massage was bleh, my helper can do much better. Oh wait, I only paid $60 the cheapest of the package, maybe dats why we get lousy svc. The advertised SPA WASH was just an ordinary wash with SPA added to the description. Organic Sesame & LAVENDER eye mask is just some pillow to cover your eyes. Headnode combing? Scalp Replenishing? Did she do that for me? Not that I know of bcos Vanessa did not bother to tell me what she was doing! I did feel something hot and asked her what was that. Some hot stone placed on my scalp for less than 2 mins? Maybe that's the Hot steam Ion?? Ok I know tonic was applied because I asked! She did not explain! We will not return for sure even if the massage part is good because this is totally not worth our money! So if you are prepped for a $60 Wash & Blow just go to any neighborhood salon will do. Most can give a better massage if that if...

I have been visiting Civasan Laboratories regularly for almost a year now. Was initially skeptical whether my hair condition could be rescued but I must say I am very satisfied with their effective scalp treatments and products.

I was stressing over hair loss problem, and glad that I was recommended for a consultation with Vanessa through their sister salon (Leekaja). Vanessa was very frank, there was no hard selling, very transparent with the treatments and packages they have to offer.

She provided detailed information of all treatments available, gave recommendations based on knowledge and experience, enabling me to make informed choices. With any new treatments available, she would give detailed updates.

She is very knowledgeable and experienced. Very thorough and diligent. What I really appreciate is that Vanessa always carefully monitors my scalp condition, then recommends the treatment and treatment frequency that best suit my scalp condition at that point/period of time. She also checks on my stress level and lifestyle habits that could affect my scalp condition.

Also, she will make the effort to ask about my wellbeing ie. how is work and life, which makes the treatments very relaxing and enjoyable, something which I look forward...
