RYDERS - Wakeboarding & Wakesurfing school — Local services in Singapore

This place is an utter scam, very unprofessional and extremely poor customer service. I was cheated of my money after paying $340 for my booking and Ryder's refused to deliver the service!

I had to reschedule our session due to our friend having a dislocated arm and torn shoulder muscles. Ryder's (Tze Wei specifically) had agreed over email to hold my credits and asked me to inform them when we were ready with our new date. However after my friend had recovered and I reached out to them to rebook our session, they claimed that the credits were no longer valid even though there was never any communication during our email correspondences that the credits had an expiry date, nor any indication in the booking confirmation or website of this. Even worse, they refused to reply any of my email follow ups asking for an update.

So in essence Ryder's just pocketed the money and refused to deliver the service even though they agreed to and (clearly) are well able to. I would leave 0.1 stars if that was even a...
