Sheng Siong Supermarket — Local services in Singapore

1 of my favourite Sheng Siong store near my neighbourhood out of 3 Sheng Siong stores nearby. Less crowded and easier to move around. Though for Sheng Siong they always placed their merchandises outside, It would be nice if they can open a counter outside so that customer do not have to take the outside items, scanned in entry again to queue at inside counters. By then, the ice cream placed outside would have melted. Once customer paid for the in store grocery, they can proceed outside to continue shopping, paid outside and go off. Need to improve...

The best neighbourhood supermarket! Its staff are friendly, courteous, caring, helpful and prepare to go the extra mile for customers. Truly a neighbourhood supermarket for the residents living around there. Mr Lim, the CEO, has always been a role model. A very humble, pleasant and approachable leader, indeed! It is heartening to know that the staff is willingly striving hard to serve the patrons, which augurs well for the "Right" direction going forward. Deserving...

All staffs were great help showing where all items were.. alot of items unavailable compared to other outlets. the arrangements of items can be improved but understandable due to space constraints.. queues for cashier counters abit confusing, one pakcik sounded me off under his breath cause I 'cut queue' but I was there long before him AND there's only one line but two counters in front.
