It was my first time engaging Stamford Catering for a party, and I’m truly glad I did! I came across their promotion at Mummy’s Market and decided to purchase the Disney Party Package in April for our event in July.

From the start, the experience was smooth and professional. Evelyn, our point of contact, was outstanding — she consistently followed up over the three months and was incredibly responsive to every query we had, no matter how small. Whether it was questions about the menu, treat box, pricing, adding the July promotion, or increasing the number of guests, she handled everything promptly and efficiently. She also issued updated invoices without delay and even provided a convenient payment link that made billing a breeze.

On the actual day, the buffet setup was executed flawlessly with no hiccups at all. I’d like to specially commend Mr Venki and Mr Thwin, who were in charge of the setup. They arrived on time, gave me a call upon arrival, and kindly checked in on my preferred location for the setup. Their efficiency and professionalism were impressive, and the buffet line and decor looked absolutely stunning — they really went the extra mile to make it look “atas” with premium warmers and well-coordinated decor. You can tell it’s hard physical work setting up and packing up across different venues, but they did it with such ease and grace.

Despite our event being held on a Sunday, I was pleasantly surprised that Stamford's hotline remained contactable. A staff member promptly picked up my call and helped with our request for a late collection of the buffet equipment — another point that really made the whole experience stress-free.

While the food was average in taste, the portions were generous — our guests had second helpings and even packed some home!

We had the immense pleasure of engaging Stamford Catering for our church’s Easter Sunday buffet lunch, and they truly exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and deeply satisfying.

A special shoutout goes to MUKUL RAKESH the on-site manager, who was an absolute standout. He arrived early to oversee the setup and stayed right through till the very end of the clean-up. Throughout the event, Mukul was incredibly hands-on—replenishing food promptly, clearing rubbish, and making sure everything ran like clockwork. His eye for detail, calm demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile were truly commendable. It was clear that he took great pride in ensuring the event was successful, and his presence gave us tremendous peace of mind.

The food itself was nothing short of delicious. Every dish was beautifully presented, well-portioned, and packed with flavour. Our guests were full of compliments. The variety catered well to all ages and preferences, and everything was kept fresh and warm throughout the lunch, which really impressed us.

What sets Stamford Catering apart is not just the quality of their food, but also the exceptional service they bring to the table. Mukul and his colleague embodied professionalism, hospitality, and care in every aspect of the event. It felt more like a partnership than just a catering arrangement, and that made a world of difference.

Excellent Catering for Our Twins birthday party! We recently used Stamford Food Catering for our Twins birthday celebration during early September 2025. We were so impressed with the entire experience, from start to finish. ​The delivery was prompt, and the setup was professional and beautifully done. Do check out their disney thematic setup, our choice is Mickey! Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food! The Laksa and Curry rice were particular favorites, and we were so impressed with the quality and generous portions. The food arrived hot and stayed warm throughout the event thanks to the provided warmers. ​I also want to give a special shout-out to Barry and Carlo, the food captains that did the fabulous buffet set up; Rosalyn from the sales coordinating team, who was incredibly helpful and responsive during the planning process; as well as Caleb from the customer service team. His patience and detailed explanations led me to signing up with Stamford catering. Initially, I was about to give up in selecting Stamford catering due to a poor customer service from Jenny Goh. If you accidentally got yourself a (Jenny) to service you, fear not; Be encouraged to ask for Stamford next better professional staff, Caleb, whom will tries his best to help you along the way. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the entire process was stress-free with exception to the initial enquiry portion which was later on promptlyrectified.
