Undivided is hands down one of the best gyms I've ever been to. You can really tell how much thought and care has gone into creating this space. From the first-class equipment to the meticulously designed shower facilities – everything is geared towards making our workout experience the best it can be. Even the small details, like the perfect shower pressure and lighting, are designed to help us relax and unwind after a session.

The trainers are fantastic, true professionals who know their stuff. They’re patient and always encouraging, making sure we progress safely and with proper form. I appreciate how they inspire me to do my best while keeping things fun and motivating.

I'm not based in Singapore, but whenever I visit my family there – twice in the last two years – I always make it a point to work out at Undivided Performance. I love this gym because, even with larger classes, the space is ample, and you never feel cramped like you might at other gyms. The modern and well-maintained shower facilities are a definite plus.

What stands out to me the most is the trainers’ focus on proper form and technique. They ensure that every exercise is performed safely and effectively. I also appreciate that the pre-workout routine includes a thorough warm-up and mobility exercises, which helps my body perform better during the session.

Coach Jon's commitment to ensure everyone grows and benefits from every session has been truly inspiring, he's dedication to actually watch how you perform the movements & correct them when needed, always focusing on form & quality reps (proper gains, avoid injuries).

The gym is spacious & comfortable, we haven't been to a gym that's cleaner than this & we've never felt more comfortable in the gym environment. People here are warm and welcoming, from seasoned advance goers to first timers, you'll never feel out of place.
