Stunning, unbelievable views. A must do in Slovenia if you have even the slightest interest in hiking, this was the highlight of our trip.

The hike up was tricky with snow from about halfway up, but we managed to make it up with (wet) sneakers anyway. We turned back at Brda as it was getting late by that time and it seemed that the views would be similar...

Two thousandth (2014 m), located in the Julian Alps. It is one of the most easily accessible 2000-meter peaks, but in winter caution and the use of crampons and ice axes are still necessary. Is a well-marked path. Walking in one direction is about two hours. From the top you have a beautiful view of Slovenian giants such as Triglav, Stol,...

Debela Pec's peak offers stunning views all around Triglav National Park, including Slovenia's highest mountain peak Triglav. The path itself isn't very hard or demanding but it is quite long. I recommend watching the sunrise from the top. Its really...
