Strange hospitality. If you do not sleep you can not do nothing here, it is closed, for selected ones only... Claimed villa and garden beauty can be observed only by those and the owner. In my honest opinion pristine Karst tourism is presented firstly by warm welcome and greeting of the owner. Here is only a well decorated and preserved resort, and not a region experience you might seek. However it can be perfect choice for some people of course. Luckily there are others providers in Slovenia i can praise for their contribution to Slovenian openess, tourism development, pristine dedication to tourism and finally not segregating tourists,...

I can't find the right words that will do Villa Fabiani justice! The owners Blanka and Andrej turned old, abandoned property into a magical place, that just fills you up with gratitude, serenity and peace. They've done an amazing job of obtaining property's rich history and its charm. Hospitality is wonderful and they really make you feel as a part of their family.
