Matt's Pizzas — Local services in Durbanville

Ordered pizza from Matt's pizza, Salamé, got home, no peppadews, ask for feta, feta non existent, ask to add chicken, chicken very dry. Phoned to talk to manager, lady said the manager will only be back the next day, explained to her what happen, she just said she does not now what to do, heard the Manager talking in the background and he said to them that this is the fourth time this is happening.🙄 Eventually she gave the phone to him to talk to me. Apparently the feta melts away in the pizza and he can't give me a new pizza because I stay to far away and he can't leave the shop alone. I just ordered pizza to the value of R415 and just want the pizza with the right toppings on which I paid for.

We tried Matt's Pizzeria as our favorite go to was closed. Regret this. I see alot of people complaining that when they order through UberEats, they are disappointed. It seems Matt's Pizzeria doesn't value their UberEats customers. We ordered a Californian (Bacon, Feta and Avo). It was expensive for what we got. Said pizza had a thin and very chewy base, next to no "pizza sauce" spread on the base, all of 5 pieces of Avo and about a teaspoon of bacon per slice. All in all a pretty unpleasant and anemic looking pizza which was overpriced for what we got in the end. ordered chicken & pepperdew pizza on Uber Eats special of Buy1 Get 1 free - it was horrible - very disappointing - was it because it was on a 'Deal"? or is this the quality generally. We are so disappointed that our evening get together was messed up. Pizza was tasteless other than the pepperdew taste - certainly nothing like the rest of the pizza joints around Durbanville. Shame for the local community who also buy there for the first time! We did not even have the 'get one free' - gave it to the poor garden boy the next morning !!
